It would be advisable to specify what character traits you expect from the candidate. For example: psychological maturity, stress resistance, honesty, emotional intelligence, diligence, leadership, etc.

  5. At your request, the psychologists of the project process the candidate's questionnaire and send you general information about the candidate's psychological profile within 1-2 days, and if you specified the requirements for him, then his compliance with your needs.
